Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jetaz", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jetaz platform and its operating entity, which operates the website accessible at jetaz.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" means the jetaz website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, account management system, payment processing system, and all related features and functionality accessible at jetaz.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jetaz platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the jetaz platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's jetaz account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the player via an approved payment method that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the jetaz platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the jetaz platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or jetaz policy.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification procedures required by jetaz before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by jetaz at its reasonable discretion.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the jetaz platform, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or wager, or by accessing any part of the jetaz platform following the display of these Terms & Conditions, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective immediately upon the first of these actions occurring.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jetaz with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

jetaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jetaz will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the jetaz platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jetaz enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This requirement applies without exception regardless of the applicable local legal minimum gambling age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering and using the account solely on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by jetaz or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must not currently hold another active account on the jetaz platform. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

jetaz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions voided, and any winnings forfeited. Real money deposits from underage players will be returned via the original payment method following verification of identity.

Age Verification: jetaz employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) to confirm eligibility. The platform will not process withdrawals until age and identity verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jetaz services, including real money betting and casino games, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 above.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number. You must not provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of the registration process.

jetaz reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of continued platform access.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the jetaz platform. If jetaz identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether deliberately or inadvertently — all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances across those accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date throughout your use of the platform. Changes to your registered details must be communicated to jetaz support without undue delay. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in account suspension or the rejection of withdrawal requests.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jetaz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jetaz will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

You must notify jetaz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any suspicious activity has occurred on your account. jetaz will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account upon receipt of such notification.

jetaz implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections, monitors login activity for unusual access patterns, and offers optional two-factor authentication via SMS to a registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication to further protect their accounts.

Deposits & Payments

jetaz supports deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your jetaz account balance in BDT. jetaz does not apply deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jetaz accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by jetaz from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jetaz balance within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 10 minutes to process depending on the issuing bank. Delays beyond these timeframes should be reported to jetaz support immediately with the transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jetaz does not accept deposits from payment methods held by third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method may be voided and returned, with the associated account subject to review.

jetaz employs fraud detection systems that monitor deposit activity for unusual patterns. Deposits identified as potentially fraudulent will be held pending investigation. jetaz reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including bank statements, mobile banking transaction histories, or identity documents — in connection with any deposit review.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real money funds from their jetaz account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. jetaz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

KYC Verification Requirement: All players must complete jetaz's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where required, proof of residential address in Bangladesh. jetaz will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of their first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal request cancelled and their account placed under review.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day periods. These limits are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account. Withdrawal limits may differ by payment method.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Approved withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take 3–5 business days to reflect in the player's bank account depending on the issuing bank's processing time. jetaz is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's payment provider once funds have been dispatched.

jetaz does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests, where available, may be subject to a nominal fee disclosed at the time of the request. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

jetaz offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with major cricket tournaments and Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will expire at the end of the qualifying period and will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. jetaz reserves the right to exclude players from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including players identified as engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other practice that jetaz considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Bonus Abuse: jetaz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games or bet combinations that circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; and placing offsetting bets with the intent to meet requirements with minimal genuine risk. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus-related winnings.

jetaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jetaz platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport, as displayed within the game interface or the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to the resolution of that specific bet or game round.

Game Provider Rules: Casino games on the jetaz platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules, RTP (Return to Player) rates, and game mechanics for each title are determined by the relevant game provider and are not modified by jetaz. Players are advised to review the in-game paytable and rules before placing real money wagers.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to jetaz's sports betting rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding. In-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance by the jetaz system.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned; a clear pricing error on the part of jetaz; or a technical malfunction that corrupts the outcome or delivery of a game round or sporting event. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full. jetaz will notify affected players of void decisions where reasonably practicable.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per game round, per day, and per rolling period apply to all betting and gaming activity on the jetaz platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum, and the excess will not be credited or paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetaz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the jetaz platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetaz support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating more than one account on the jetaz platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

Responsible Gaming

jetaz is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. jetaz provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly within your account settings without requiring a support request.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jetaz platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content; scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any content from the platform; or use the jetaz brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from jetaz.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to jetaz for display on the platform. No player acquires any ownership rights in game content by virtue of playing on the jetaz platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetaz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jetaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or losses arising from reliance on the platform's availability or the correctness of odds, scores, or game outcomes displayed on the platform.

jetaz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jetaz takes reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and uptime of the platform, jetaz does not warrant that: the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components; game results will always be delivered without technical delay; or the platform's content will be completely accurate at all times.

jetaz shall not be liable for any losses attributable to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment processing failures, acts of God, or actions of governmental authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

jetaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where jetaz reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The player's account has been the subject of fraudulent activity, money laundering activity, or suspicious financial transactions.
• Continued operation of the account would expose jetaz to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, jetaz reserves the right to void pending bets, confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, and withhold real money funds pending investigation. Where a balance of real money funds is determined to be legitimately owned by the player following investigation, those funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jetaz support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following KYC verification. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

jetaz reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions, or account eligibility — jetaz will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent banner on the platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jetaz platform's operating jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with locally applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a player and jetaz, players are encouraged to contact jetaz support in the first instance. The support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt of complete documentation. jetaz is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the jetaz support team, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified in jetaz's operating terms. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided to the player at the time the dispute is escalated beyond first-line support.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
